I was packing up my gear Tuesday evening for a real estate shoot later this week. And, I decided to take a look at the photos from the last shoot for a refresh since it’s been about 10 months since. I found this pic among the group. It’s not exactly what agents are looking for to sell a house. They want to see photos of the homes features, like rooms, fireplaces, remodeled basements, decks, patios, pools etc… I got to thinking, maybe that’s whats missing in the usual real estate photography. Maybe a home would be more likely to sell if the potential new owner could see that it’s not just a house, that it is also a home. It has personality. It has emotion. It has character. It has opportunity to provide something different to you every minute of the day…all day long….all year long. Oh….never mind. Just some of the weird stuff that rolls around in my grey matter from time to time.
