The Family Home – Logan Ave

I recently saw a  great segment on one of my favorite TV shows, CBS Sunday Morning, titled “One Father’s Moving Day”. It highlighted reporter Steve Hartmans’ father’s selling of and moving from the family home. With my parents moving into this phase of their lives at lightening speed it really touched me. It got me thinking about a project  I did back in 2006 titled “904 e clinton st”. This project highlighted my Uncle Paul’s house after his passing. I knew this to be my grandparents home when I was growing up. It was two doors west from the grocery store I worked at in high school. I spent many a break and lunch hour there enjoying my Gramma and Aunt Connie’s home cooking.  So, I thought I had like forever to start thinking about doing a project like this for my parents home. The time myself and my siblings take to keep things going at the house and various family events has been distracting me from the need to move on this. I guess I had better get on over to Logan Ave. and see what’s possible.
